AI and external provider services are not free. Active five-year and grandfathered lifetime Lumen owners can use all other tools without a monthly/yearly subscription when they have sufficient credits, at normal per-operation costs. Without a subscription, additional credits cost US$0.0020 each (US$2.00 per 1,000); subscribers keep their existing top-up pricing. Storage, upload and processing safety limits remain unchanged.

New purchases include five calendar years of account-bound tool access from paid activation, not a promise of perpetual hosting. Existing paid lifetime owners keep their lifetime access with no scheduled expiry. No auto-renewal: after expiration, normal tool/subscription policy applies; the bonus credits do not expire. Nontransferable: one account per printer serial, including on resale. A full refund or lost payment dispute revokes access and deducts up to 2,000 credits from your remaining permanent balance once, never below zero; the serial claim stays consumed. Spent credits are not debt, and later credit additions are not clawed back again. Partial refunds and open or won disputes leave access and credits unchanged.

No recurring charge. Each eligible verified paid US$50 purchase includes 2,000 non-expiring credits, granted once to your permanent credit balance. Existing monthly credits and subscriptions continue unchanged. Purchases already paid before the bonus launch are not retroactively credited; pending purchases completing after launch qualify. Canvas Editor remains available under its existing free-access policy. This software purchase does not change printer warranty terms.
